  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) and USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days) within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
  • Shipping Rates: Flat-rate shipping starts at $7 for First Class and $10 for Priority Mail. Free shipping applies to orders over $100. 
  • Service Area: We ship to all U.S. states where kratom is legal. We do not ship to states or localities where kratom is banned or restricted (e.g., Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, or specific counties/cities). It’s your responsibility to verify local laws before ordering.
  • Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your Biggie Distro purchase. Here’s our returns policy:
  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of kratom as a consumable product, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

We’ll respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error). You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, clearance items, or products marked “final sale” are not eligible for return.
